Broken links and redirects losing customers?

Every time a customer clicks a link and lands on "Page not found", you probably lose them. Google notices too.

60-SECOND SELF-CHECKYOU CAN DO THIS NOW
?You changed your website, platform or URL structure in the last two years.
?Old links in emails, social posts or Google results land on "Page not found".
?Old product or service pages redirect to the homepage instead of the matching new page.

In plain words

What is going on

A redirect sends people (and Google) from an old address to a new one. When a page is moved or deleted without a proper redirect, links to it break and show a 404 error. When redirects point to other redirects, they form chains or loops that slow pages down or fail completely.

Other websites that once linked to your old pages (a newspaper, a directory, a partner) are valuable. If those pages now return 404, you lose the value of those links. Reclaiming them is often one of the quickest wins in SEO.

How to tell

Signs you have this problem

  • You changed your website, platform or URL structure in the last two years.
  • Old links in emails, social posts or Google results land on "Page not found".
  • Old product or service pages redirect to the homepage instead of the matching new page.
  • Search Console shows a growing list of 404 or "Page with redirect" errors.
  • Other sites still link to pages on your site that no longer exist.

Why it matters

Why it costs you money

Visitors who hit a dead end usually leave instead of searching your site.

Lost backlinks mean lost authority, so other pages rank lower too.

Long redirect chains slow pages, and slow pages lose visitors and rankings.

In Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

Businesses in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia often move between platforms (for example from a custom site to Shopify or Salla) or run separate Arabic and English URLs. Each move is a point where redirects break.

What we do

Audit, Fix Queue, QA-checked fixes

The same team process for every client. Nothing is reported as fixed until our QA reviewer has checked it on your live site.

1

Free audit

Real tool runs on your live pages. No passwords needed.

2

Fix Queue

Up to 15 fixes, ranked P0 (urgent) to P3 (nice to have), each with evidence.

3

Your approval

4

Specialist fixes

Our SEO and AI-search specialists make the changes, or hand your developer the exact list.

5

QA-checked

A separate QA reviewer checks every fix on your live site before we call it done.

For this problem specifically

  • We check every important URL hop by hop and list 404s, chains, loops and homepage redirects.
  • We find external links pointing at broken pages and map each one to the best live page.
  • You get a Fix Queue (max 15 items, P0 to P3) with a ready redirect map.
  • After you approve the map we apply it (or your developer does), and our QA reviewer re-checks every redirect live before we report it.

No one can honestly guarantee rankings or AI placement. We guarantee clear evidence, before and after.

FAQ

Questions about this problem

What is the difference between a 301 and a 302 redirect?

A 301 tells Google the move is permanent and passes the old page's value to the new one. A 302 says it is temporary. For a page that has moved for good, use a 301.

Is redirecting everything to the homepage OK?

No. Google often treats that like a broken page. Each old URL should go to the closest matching new page.

What is backlink reclamation?

Finding links from other websites that point to pages on your site that now return an error, and redirecting those old addresses to a live page so you get the value back.

Can you fix redirects without access to my site?

We can produce the full redirect map without access. To apply it we need an editor role or your developer's help. No passwords.
