Explained from zeroWebsite traffic suddenly dropped?
A sharp drop in visitors from Google feels like a disaster. The first job is to find out whether something on your site broke, or whether Google changed how it ranks pages.
In plain words
What is going on
Drops usually have one of two causes. A technical break: a redesign, a plugin update or a site move removed pages, added a noindex tag, broke redirects or slowed the site. Or a Google change: an algorithm update or new AI answers on the results page now take clicks that used to go to you.
The fix is completely different for each, which is why guessing wastes time. A slow decline over months is usually a third problem: old content losing ground to newer pages.
How to tell
Signs you have this problem
- Search Console shows clicks falling sharply over a few days, not slowly over months.
- The drop started right after a website change, migration or new theme.
- Some pages lost almost everything while others are fine.
- Pages that used to rank now return 404, redirect to the homepage, or show "noindex".
- Traffic has been sliding slowly for months on older blog or service pages.

Why it matters
Why it costs you money
Technical breaks often get worse over time as Google drops more pages.
Changing the wrong thing (rewriting content when the cause was a redirect) costs money and can make it worse.
In Kuwait and Saudi Arabia
Many Gulf businesses rebuild their website or switch platforms around big seasons such as Ramadan and White Friday. A rebuild without a redirect plan is one of the most common causes of a sudden drop we look for.
What we do
Audit, Fix Queue, QA-checked fixes
The same team process for every client. Nothing is reported as fixed until our QA reviewer has checked it on your live site.
Free audit
Real tool runs on your live pages. No passwords needed.
Fix Queue
Up to 15 fixes, ranked P0 (urgent) to P3 (nice to have), each with evidence.
Your approval
Anything your customers will read is approved by you before it goes live.
Specialist fixes
Our SEO and AI-search specialists make the changes, or hand your developer the exact list.
QA-checked
A separate QA reviewer checks every fix on your live site before we call it done.
For this problem specifically
- We compare before and after the drop page by page and check for a technical break first: status codes, redirects, noindex, canonicals.
- We line the drop up against known Google update dates to see whether it matches.
- For slow declines we find which pages are decaying and why.
- You get a Fix Queue (max 15 items, P0 to P3). Approved fixes are checked live by our QA reviewer, then we measure again against the same baseline.
No one can honestly guarantee rankings or AI placement. We guarantee clear evidence, before and after.

FAQ
Questions about this problem
Was it a Google update or did my site break?
That is the first question we answer. If the drop starts right after a site change and only some pages are affected, it is usually technical. If it matches a known update date and many sites in your niche moved, it is more likely Google.
Will my traffic come back?
If the cause was technical and it gets fixed, recovery is common but not guaranteed. If Google changed what it shows, the plan is to adapt the pages rather than wait. We report recovery only when we can measure it.
Do you need my analytics access?
Search Console access gives the best diagnosis. You add us as a user with a limited role. We never need passwords.
How fast can you check?
A first diagnosis normally starts the same week. Tell us the date the drop started when you write to us.
